Programs

Four ways to train. One goal: get stronger than you were last month. Every program is coached, written in-house, and built on the big barbell lifts.

Coached Classes

Our core program. Groups of eight or fewer. One coach, one plan, a rack for every lifter. Classes run six days a week, so there's a time that fits your day.

Best for: beginners, general strength, anyone who wants a coach watching every rep.

Powerlifting

Squat, bench, deadlift. Train for a meet or just to build a bigger total. Ollie Nguyen writes your program in blocks and handles you on meet day.

Best for: lifters with at least six months of barbell experience.

Strongman

Logs. Atlas stones. Yoke. Farmer's carries. Sled pushes. Tasha Brennan coaches every session and has competed nationally for nine years.

Best for: anyone who wants to lift odd, heavy objects. Beginners welcome.

Personal Coaching

One coach. One lifter. A plan built around your schedule, your history, and your goals. Great for injury comebacks, tight schedules, or anyone who wants full attention.

Best for: specific goals and lifters who want to move fast.

What every program includes

  • Open gym access during staffed hours
