Get strong. Stay strong.
Ironworks Strength is a barbell gym in an old steel warehouse on Foundry Road. We teach people to squat, bench, deadlift, and pick heavy things up off the ground. Then we help them keep doing it for decades.
No mirrored walls. No machines with TVs. Just racks, plates, platforms, and coaches who know their craft.
Who trains here
Everyone. Really.
- First-timers who have never touched a barbell
- Competitive powerlifters chasing a bigger total
- Strongman athletes training for their next contest
- Parents, nurses, teachers, and retirees who want to stay capable
Our youngest member is 15. Our oldest is 71 and deadlifts 315.
How we train
Strength is simple. Lift with good form. Add weight over time. Rest. Repeat.
Every program here follows that plan. Coaches write the training. You show up and do the work. We log your numbers so you can watch them climb.

What members say
I came in scared of the barbell. A year later I pulled 285 at my first meet.
Best coaches I've had. They fix your form before they add weight.
